Blind Squirrel
Are there normally screws where the OEM plastic cylinder-head cover guards attach? My 2011 came with the OEM plastic cylinder-head cover guards. I removed them tonight when I put on my ZTechniK engine guards. The screw slot in the front is used by the ZTechniK guards. The screws that are for the cylinder-head guards are too long. I looked at the parts fiche on the BMW Motorcycles of Chattanooga site, but am unable to make a determination if there should be screws in the two back locations. I also did a search here on the site and came up blank. While we are on the subject; anyone want a set of OEM plastic cylinder-head cover guards let me know. I am going to the RCR so I can bring them along. Thanks. Link to comment

areyouolsen
I just took mine off and noticed that 2 are short and 1 is long - I believe the long one goes in the bottom. Link to comment
