Albert Posted August 31, 2013 Share Posted August 31, 2013 I'm trying to clean up my Basecamp installation by uninstalling some older map versions. There's one (CN 2013.2) that doesn't show up in Windows Add/Remove programs list. The file was never unlocked (I get a an unlock prompt in Basecamp every time I start it up), so that may be the reason it's not showing up as "Uninstallable". Anyone know how to find the file and remove it from Basecamp's brain? Thanks. Link to comment
WestyLancs Posted August 31, 2013 Share Posted August 31, 2013 Albert, in the past I had success with the Windows Install cleanup utility. Try this link Install/uninstall troubleshooter. which has apparently replaced it. I haven't tried this version, but have used the earlier one to remove installed maps, and indeed other software when nothing else seemed to work. Link to comment
