RPG
I apologize if this is obvious but I recall a few years ago a post outlining the Wurth paint and clear lacquer used for repainting the stock silver wheels on my 2004 RT. I'm doing a tire change and want to repaint the wheels and can't find the post to tell me where to purchase the paint and lacquer. I remember there were two different manufacturer's for the paint and lacquer. Wurth and Z1? (maybe). thanks for any info. RPG Link to comment
RT Russ
Don't know about the specific brand you asked about butt I recently used Rust Oleum high performance wheel paint with great results! Russ Link to comment
SteveHebert
Chris K turned me on to this combo for the valve covers: Duplicolor Import Paint # 88-00910 Arctic Silver. You will need to spay on a clearcoat after the silver to get the color to be a close match. It looks great. Another option is to prep the wheels by removing everything from them, bearings, rotors, etc., and have them powder coated. I was given a quote of $30 per wheel. Not bad at all. Link to comment

RPG
thanks everyone. I got what I needed from autogeek. Is it just me or does anyone else still believe the wheels on the '04 RT's are absolutely stunning in appearance? RPG Link to comment
