If my Nav V came with one I must have thrown it away, because I sure can't find it. There's no hard copy manual. It's loaded on the device itself. You can just connect your Nav V to a computer and copy the PDF file to wherever you'd like. I saved it to my Dropbox folder so I can access it on either my iPhone, or iPad, when I'm travelling (I make it a "favourite" in my Dropbox iOS App. That way, it's saved on my device (phone, or iPad), so I don't have to have internet access to see the file).
