greenrider Posted May 21, 2014 Share Posted May 21, 2014 Uclear service is second to no one. I bought the HBC200 dual communication system a year ago and loved it. No matter how good something is, there are times when something goes wrong. Just like a BMW. There was a firmware update and for some reason the one unit didn't connect. Emailed Uclear and Lauren got back to me right away. After a couple of emails she determined that a unit needed to be replaced and told me as soon as I sent mine in she will send me a new one. Being I'm in ontario I asked if there would be a place in Canada I could send it to because of cross border issues sometimes. So she connected me with Michael at Kimpex. He was great and had it shipped out the same day it arrived at his place. It nice to have service like this. Thanks guys Link to comment
