Hyperlights-Are they still in business?

Hope they are still in biz and are on vacation or something. I like their products but........

I emailed them last week and got a prompt reply.

 

My question was if the lights can work with the '14 GS.

The response-not at this time. Working on it.

I emailed them yesterday and got this reply overnight:

 

Have had some reports of problems with the '14 RT but we have verified successful installations. Only difference with prior models is using a specific circuit for a power source (Red with Green Stripe wire from rear accessories plug circuit).

This experience of trying to reach Hyperlites has caused me to seriously reconsider my choice of vendors.

I've no problem recommending Skene Designs. When I messed up my Photon Blaster order Jerry Skene was very quick to respond to my emails, and had a corrected order on its way to me before I received the initial order.
