Does anyone know why Merrin Austin is no longer at BMW of North Dallas?

I called BMW of north Dallas in Plano to talk to Merrin today and schedule some service and they told me that he's no longer there. I was more than a bit surprised. Merrin had been the service manager for about 12-13 years. Does anyone know what happened? I'm always a bit nervous about the future quality of service when something like this happens at a dealership.
