PR 4 rear not available for R 1100 RT

Went shopping online and didn't see anyone listing 160/60 ZR 18 size for my bike.

 

Is there any reason wouldn't want to put a PR4 on the front with a PR3 on the rear?

PR4's are only made for 17" rims.

And you should have exactly zero issues running a 4 at the front and a 3 at the back... in fact it may result in a smoother ride. As good as PR4's are, the stiff construction used is less gentle on bones than the suppler PR3's.
