narcosis
Scouring the site it seems most folks opt for Wunderlich. Any particular aversions to the other brands? Fit? Finish? Strength? Attachment of accessory lights? I feel like I'm tempting fate without getting some on the bike plus I'm planning a 900 mile trip at the end of the month and would like to have them on before then. Guest Kakugo
My only experience is with Touratech (rebranded Hepco & Becker). Built like a brick latrine, weigh the proverbial ton and hence will do their job but reduce ground clearance far too much (even with RT-P hero blobs), hence I sold them to a more sedated rider than myself. Danny caddyshack Noonan
I've had Ztechnik and Ilium Works. The fit of Ilium I found to be a bit better with less hole reaming or adjusting. I really like the pivoting foot pads on the Ilium foot rests too. Link to comment
Over
I know it was for a 2013 RT, but I sent my Wunderlich guards back as they didn't fit and their customer support said it as my fault as they ship xxxx and they are never wrong. Micrometer said otherwise! I'd like a set of Touratech on my 2015 Link to comment
