Hermes
Back in 2010, I took part in a bit of canyon carving in Torrey and a fellow by the name of ED sold me a set of high quality earphones. They are now pretty well done for, the soft plastic inserts are disintegrating and one cable is bare and ready to break. I would like to replace them, but for the life of me, I can't remember the brand name. I know the company is in California, because I once ordered replacement ear insert, which they sent me two of, FOR FREE. Great company, but I forgot the name, something "e-mot" or something. Please help. Link to comment

eddd
They no longer sell that exact model you have which was the er6i Whip tried a set they suggested as a replacement and those were a bust since they stuck out too far making contact with the helmet. Send Larry, Whip on the board, a PM to get the information on the ones from the company that he now uses. Link to comment
Hermes
Sorry for the long delay in answering Ed. And thanks for your suggestion, re asking Whip. I had since looked at their web site and actually thought that they might stick out too far. One review also hints at it. Hope you are well and thanks for the original suggestion back in 2010, they have served me well. Link to comment
