Engine Protection Bars Did Their Job

Once a month the riding club I joined has a skills development day. The courses are set up and run by certified instructors who are club members. My skills were clearly not up to par and I dropped the bike. The Wunderlich Protection bars did their job ; the only damage (besides my ego) was to them. Here’s a couple of pics showing the impact points.

What kind of maneuvering where you doing when you dropped it?

do you have the rear bars guarding the bags or just the engine bars

Pic 1 is the front, pic 2 the back. The rear case would have suffered damage without the rear bars.

Good deal! Imagine what your valve covers would look like without! All in all, nothing a little black rattle-can won't fix.
