6speedTi Posted May 14, 2016 Share Posted May 14, 2016 I inquired about it a while back. It was a self contained unit and when the battery needed replacing they would do it free of charge. They also had to install it without you being there watching. How stupid. Maybe they got complaints of the installers disassembling your bike to install the unit. I would not let them remove panels and install it without me approving the install to prevent issues down the road. Maybe the units were unreliable or not worth the cost and risk. Link to comment
