doc47 Posted June 4, 2016 Share Posted June 4, 2016 Is the cable for connecting the unit to a computer a standard cable or is it some sort of proprietary or unusual cable? I ordered one and simply got a standard cable. I'm in the States and my GPS is in Africa right now, so I can't check the unit itself. Link to comment
dirtrider Posted June 4, 2016 Share Posted June 4, 2016 Afternoon doc47 Nothing really special but the Garmin USB cable does have a RFI choke on it (really not needed) As long as your new cable puts the Zumo into USB "mass storage mode" it should work OK (not all USB cables will allow the Zumo to go into mass storage mode) Link to comment
