Good exhaust pipe chrome restorer?

What's a good treatment to restore the chrome color on my

pipes? They've got the typical discoloration from the heat.

First off are you sure that they are chrome? Some were chrome (depends on option package or if chrome was ordered) & some were just shiny stainless steel. (that makes a big difference in the cleaner type)

 

Are your front pipes bluish dis-colored or sh!t brown dis-colored?

Ah, of course. Been awhile since I looked into that. I'm sure you're right and they're stainless (2011 R1200RT).

 

Started out dark goldish type color, now some of it turning to

the dull brown color.

 

I remember Opti Glanz and just found that on Amazon for somewhat over $30. I'd like to find something effective but less expensive - smaller quantity - as I'm only going to do this once as I have to sell the bike.
