Had to drag the Tiger back from the ATL after a flat on I75 north of the 575 exchange. Tubes SUCK!

Nail or screw? I haven’t had to try it yet but, I know someone that successfully plugged a tube tire once. Now it wasn’t a long term fix but… They inflated the tire as much as possible and had the plug ready to go and inserted it just as they pulled the nail. The plug went into the tube, obviously through the hole in the tire and it held air.

It's a screw and the tube is trashed I think. Aired it up to 50psi and was flat before i got the bike into my shop. Pretty slick trick with the plug though. I'm going to seal the spokes on the rear, YouTube hack, and ditch the tube. The 21 inch front wheel dosent seal the bead well enough to do the conversion but is easier to change the tube as well.

EDIT

Trailer is a harbor freight trailer we got off some guy for $150ish. The dog kennel we got from a dead guy auction $200.

The coop was a fun little build over a couple of weekends.

Once those chickens are bigger, we’ll put the kennel section away and let the birds free roam during the day.

$3 a dozen $5 for 18 is what we've been selling them for.  I've got a couple of folks at my work that like fresh eggs.  She has some folks at her work as well.  She pulls them daily and writes the date on the egg so whoever buys them, has an idea how long they can keep them.  So long as they're not washed, its something like three-six months in a fridge and bout a month out on the counter.

We'll be whacking some chickens prolly later this year.  Her intent is to get dual purpose (egg layers and meat birds) going.

Some EV safety training. Basically a “how to” on disconnecting the power after an accident.

We have all kinds of problems we’ve got to deal with. Names “have been changed to protect the innocent” but I took a right hook to the side of the head this morning from an elderly dementia patient. Usually the old biddies like me, :dontknow: not this one!

Always good to have a restaurant at the hotel you stop at on a road trip. Especially when it’s Teppanyaki style. Kompai!

Pressure check good. All 80 feet.
Citrus likes the desert sun but, suck a lot of water. That sad looking lemon tree survived when I stopped watering last August. (I cut down five ugly orange trees which didn’t). The lemon, and the two wonderful pink grapefruit trees behind me in this picture, will get 24” deep drippers.

A gas leak in this old beater. We were able to slow/stop it but he made a good sized mess.

A little extra story in the story. The owner of the car “with the dog” told me how he acquired the Rottie. She was being bred ( probably too many times) for being only two years old. Anyway, she didn’t have enough milk to feed her puppies so the owner was going to put her down. :classic_angry: WTF! So, this guy (pictured) said he’d take her, the owner says $1,000.00 bucks! :classic_ohmy: Another WTF! He offered $300 and the owner agreed, what a nice caring guy. (The breeder).:ohboy:

All that to say the dog was beautiful and she liked me. :spittake: Oh yeah, the new owner said he’s about eighteen hundred bucks into the three hundred dollar dog.

A recent 6 million renovation. Probably more but that’s the number put out to the public.

You local or was?

New tires today for the RT. The original PR5s would have gone another couple thousand km, but we're leaving Sunday for a trip to Utah and back which will be in the 5k km range. New tires are Dunlop RS4s, so I'll see how those perform.

Seen this flying over during the last couple of days.  Finally captured the image.   Now I am waiting for the B 25 to circle back.  Judging by the flight path they were from PDK.
